if admin, then exclude from 'edit users'

I noticed that I can add the super_administrator username to a blog, despite the fact that this is not needed to be done, but if done, then admin user shows they are member of same blog twice on login and inside admin areas where applicable. Maybe change the logic here... minor suggestion.

this is really not impotant but example....

/admin.php?op=editSiteBlogs
/admin.php?op=editBlogUsers&editBlogId=2

In available Users, the admin is listed and can be added as a user of the blog... but since admins are already members of all blogs, this is redundent and for me, after logging in, it asks to choose one of my blogs and I see this blog listed twice.

No, admins are not members of all blogs, or else when you are an admin you would have a drop-down list with all blogs to choose from every time you log in What an admin can do is change the settings (language, template, description, and even users) of any blog. But that's not quite the same as being member of all of them!

Ok, perhaps I should filter out the list so that the same blog is not added twice... It's a very easy fix
