Batch adding for resources

Is it possible to batch add files to the resources? I'm having a problem where the server I am using will only allow upload of 10MB using PHP. I can ftp the files to the site but then they are not part of the database. Perphas this could be added to an upcoming version? This is a big problem because I am trying to do podcasts but other than that the programs great!
