The resource cannot be displayed

Hi,

From the start of March, some of my web user found that can not update their blog with new post.

Once they have complete the content and press the Post button, it redirect to a site saying "The resource cannot be displayed"

Http Error 406 - Not acceptable.

Anyone know what kind of problem is? It is happen to some but not all of the user. At least my admin account don't have problem.

I don't believe we do anything with 406 errors. That sounds like maybe your host added some security settings? Though it is strange that your account works.

I found that it was affect to our "Chinese" characters.

When user create a new post with Chinese heading and content (or either content or heading), it will happened the 406 error.

If we just create a new post with "English", save it and reopen to modify it with "Chinese", it don't have any problems.

Anyone know how to solve it?

I tried to search with those old article and added below to the .htaccess file but still cant fix it.
