If blog don't exist redirect

If blog don't exist redirect

Postby sunkan on Fri Jun 18, 2010 6:07 am

Hi.
I was wondering of there is a simple why of redirecting user who enter an address to a blog that don't exist.

exemple:
I have these blogs
blog1.domain.com
blog2.domain.com

and someone enters
blog3.domain.com
then the default blog gets loaded.
but I want the user to get redirected to myotherdomain.com

And i haven't found any solution when browsing the forum.

Tanks before hand,
sunkan

I think you just want to set the blog_does_not_exist_url (in administration->general)?
I've never tried setting it to an absolute URL (I've only set it to other pages on the site), but I'd expect that to work just the way you want to.

thanks for the help.
apparently i ignored the blog_does_not_exist_url if the default_blog_id was set.
