Dedicated ReCaptcha Article

Postby coldtobi on Tue Nov 20, 2007 11:52 am

As I continue the development the plugin, I created a dedicated article for my "development releases"

http://blog.coldtobi.de/1_coldtobis_blo ... lugin.html

I hope, that I can get feedback, bug reports and feature requests through this article.

Of course the "stable releases" will be submitted for inclusion into the lifetype repository.

Have fun,
Tobi

Updated

Postby coldtobi on Fri Jan 04, 2008 5:47 pm

FYI: I updated the plugin.

recaptcha_plugin (20080104)

* the private key will be now hidden in the settings. (if you don't want this
edit the locales/<your-language>.php as descibed there)
* the validator accepted empty keys, even if it should not.
* typo in template, so that the locale entry for the priv key help has not
been used.

I love this plugin, thanks for implementing it.

One question, though... Where can I find and edit the text that says, "please solve the puzzle"?
Tschuess!

Updated & CALL FOR TRANSLATIONS

Postby coldtobi on Tue Apr 01, 2008 12:58 pm

I updated the recaptcha plugin with some new very nice features.

Two name just some highlights:

* you can now specify themes,
* the plugin will now adapt the widgets language to the blog's settings (if recaptcha is localized for that language) and
* reworked the template for your commentsform. Now this should look a lots nice, as I make sure that the widget is placed next to the label and if there is too less space for it, it will get scrollbars.

For the complete changelog and some more infos , please visit the development article. (http://blog.coldtobi.de/1_coldtobis_blo ... lugin.html)
and my release-note-article (http://blog.coldtobi.de/1_coldtobis_blo ... ptcha.html)

CALL FOR TRANSLATIONS
Currently the plugin speaks English and German.
As all other languages I am fluent are programming ones and therefore not so useful for plugins, please help me to translate the messages
to other languages. Thanks.

Happy SPAM-Free blogging!
