A custom Blog hosting website.

Hi Lifetypers,

I am planning to offer a free blog hosting service.I am not that good at PHP nor in Design.So i need your help.I need a good design with a customised portal using Lifetype.
For comparison you can have a look at kulando.de, i need a simple one like that.

Things i need :

1.Integrating Moblogging,Del.icio.us,Flickr,Atom,gallery feeds, and also plugins you think is important.

2.All the bloger statistic on the frontpage.

3.Search engine friendly URLs

4.A very good profile page.

5.Subdomain support

I am willing to pay a nice amount who does this for me.I am also willing donate this to the community here.

I do what you like but it's in french and there is a little work to translate some field, and there is not all plugin you like but it's not a difficult work to integrate this plugin.
