Remove links from the Menu

Remove links from the Menu

Postby martin.burri@web.de on Wed May 26, 2010 8:38 am

Hi,

I would like to remove the "admin" and "Albums" links from my main page.

I am a php beginner, so it would be great if anyone could tell me how to do it.

Is there any option in the admin panel or do I have to change the db or just the template?

I am surely not talking about the links under "links", which everyone can change in the admin panel.

Best Greetings

Martin

Please don't double-post your requests, just makes it take longer to answer, and for later people to find the right answer.

It sounds like your template has hard-coded some links, so you'll need to edit the template directory. Some templates have a panel.template that have the side-bar stuff in them, other templates put it in the footer.template.

Just search whatever template directory you are using for "admin" or whatever and remove the HTML.
