pLog Chinese Document

Hi Oscar:

I already start a pLog Chinese Document Wiki in my own wikisite, it will follow the current official english wiki document. I hope it can help chinese user to know more about pLog.

I can not promise when I can finish it , But I will do my best to find some volunteers to form a team to do this.

We also host a Chinese pLog forum in Taiwan to discuss and promote pLog. Thanks for elixus, elixus is a very famuos blog promoting and information center in Taiwan.

I hope we can make pLog better .....

Please let me know if you want me to put links to this chinese wiki or forums somewhere in the project page so that people know about them. Or we could even put an sticky post in our chinese forums...
