multi-blog and sub-domains as tail

For the multi-blog sub-domain documentation it might be very helpful for somebody setting up a multi-blog environment to know that it is also possible to add the sub-domain at the end of the path!

Standard in docu:
{sub-domain}.domain.tld/

Also possible (missing documentation):
domain.tld/{sub-domain}

This is the solution when you don't have the sub-domain wildcard in your web server configuration like in many shared hosting environments. I made this experience and implemented that 'solution' when installing LifeType on 1und1.de.

You don't need subdomains for that. Just use custom URLs with {blogname} or {username}, then you can leave subdomains disabled.

I don't think you gain anything by using your method?

Never thought that simple about it before :-)
Instead I deleted all occurrences of {blogname} in the custom URLs.
Definitely wrong thinking from my side.
