1.2.9 is released!

After much prolonged waiting around, 1.2.9 is finally released.

The one important thing to note is that if you are using a "forbidden" username (e.g. one that is one the forbidden list in administration->summary, you will need to change the forbidden list prior to upgrading, as we now actually check the forbidden list when checking logins...)
